To strengthen local authority in driving rural development and poverty alleviation within the target areas of PRF; to ensure the effective operation of PRF has been in place as well as its tasks have been gradually improved. Thus, in 2012-2013 study tours were organized in Luangnamtha between 16-17 May 2012 and Huaphanh between 7-10 January 2013 with purpose of sharing experiences on sub-project management, natural resource management surrounding the communities.
